Kitlee began his career at a large private insurance brokerage, where he built a solid foundation in insurance products and earned his Tier 1 Insurance Broking Compliance qualification. He has since progressed to managing a large and diverse portfolio across Commercial, Retail, and Financial Lines, with particular expertise in contract works, property, strata, and latent defects insurance.

He holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in International Business, which sharpened the problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills he draws on every day to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and industry colleagues alike.
