To make FergusonBrown your appointed insurance broker, you’ll need to complete a Letter of Appointment (LOA) on your own company letterhead. This allows us to notify your former broker and insurers that we are now authorized to act on your behalf.

Upload your company letterhead (PDF, Word, or image). If you need a letterhead produced, we can arrange one free of fee for you.

Sign and submit the form.

We’ll prepare your official LOA and email you a PDF copy on your letterhead. FergusonBrown will also receive a copy so we can contact your previous broker.
